At the CAEN Technical Centre, engineers test the performance of new espressos. The goal is to ensure that the machine respects extremely precise specifications (temperature of the coffee, appearance of the cream, extraction time, etc.) for all the sorts of coffee sold around the world with their different grain sizes.
